Job Title: German Backoffice Support
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts (Monday to Sunday)

  • Shift 1: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
  • Shift 3: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 2 days off per week
    Start Date: 6th March 2025

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic, global company based in Porto, Portugal, seeking an organized and detail-oriented Backoffice Support professional to join our team. This role is key in supporting various administrative functions and ensuring smooth operations across departments. The position requires fluency in English (C2) and German (C1) to effectively communicate within our international team and handle customer requests efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-office support, ensuring smooth operational processes within the organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and processing requests.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and requests in both English and German, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support various teams by handling order processing, inventory management, and customer account updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all internal processes are executed effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and help with process improvements.
  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating between teams.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C2) and German (C1), both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in back-office support, administration, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable with using office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible, rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
