We are looking for an
Application Support
to join one of our biggest clients, a global leader in financial markets and trading solutions.

Location:
Offices in Lisbon (Hybrid)
What you will do:
- Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance.
- Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.
- Deploy production changes with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining platform integrity.
- Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
- Manage incidents, including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.
What you are like:
- Previous experience in application support.
- Strong Unix/Linux skills.
- Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (TCP and UDP).
- Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python, Perl, or other languages such as C, C++, Java).
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience with log management tools (Splunk, ELK, Graylog, Loki).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Corvil).
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, KDB/q).
- Experience with messaging systems (Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka).
- Observability and monitoring tools (ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Fluent in English (Expert level).
