Shape our new HR Back Office in Lisbon
Our Lisbon office has just opened on September 1st, and we are building our teams from scratch. Our Administrative Back Office Manager has just joined and is recruiting two HR Back Office Administrators to support her in
creating the HR function locally
.
The team
You will join a team of 7 people : the manager, 2 HR administrative officers, 2 Finance administrative officers and 2 Procurement administrative officers.
In 2026 team will grow to 9 people.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and mandatory documents using approved templates and standard procedures
- Enter and update absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and employee records in HR systems with accuracy and within agreed timelines.

- Maintain up-to-date personnel files : file documents, verify completeness, and perform checklist-based controls.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks strictly following checklists.

Your core competencies
- Team player
- Detail-oriented
- Background in administration or HR
- Interest in digital tools, knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in French, Portuguese and English

About the recruitment process?
- As HR consultant I will contact you for an initial discussion.
- If we decide (you & me) to go ahead with the process, you'll have a meeting with the manager.
- Taking the next step in the process? Interview with our Deputy HR Director.
- A last HR interview is waiting to get to know you better. You will also complete a test on your motivational levers (PULSIONS) if you progress to the final selection process.
