B2B Marketing Customer Support – Arabic Speaker

Are you experienced in digital marketing and paid campaigns and ready to support advertisers in a fast-paced B2B environment?
Join an on-site Marketing Customer Support team in Lisbon and work closely with advertisers using online advertising solutions.

*Relocation is possible only for candidates who already hold a valid Portuguese/EU work permit.*

Position Details

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 29 January 2026

Working Hours

Initial phase:

  • Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00

  • 2 shifts:

    • 07:00 – 16:00

    • 10:00 – 19:00

Later stage (TBC):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday)

  • 2 rotating days off

Compensation

  • Base salary: €985 gross / month (14 months)

  • Complexity Bonus: €80 / month (11 months)

Role Overview

Provide B2B customer support to advertisers, focusing on paid campaigns and digital advertising products, while ensuring high service quality and advertiser satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Arabic: Fluent (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE market)

  • English: Good working proficiency

  • Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Experience in Digital Marketing

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics

  • Customer service–oriented mindset

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Valid work permit required (relocation considered only for legally eligible candidates)
