Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance across various channels. Your clear communication and problem-solving mindset will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms

  • Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login and identity issues, managing transactions, and troubleshooting tech problems

  • Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-driven attitude

  • Respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency, always keeping the customer's needs in focus

  • Build trust and rapport through thoughtful, clear communication

  • Follow internal workflows and best practices while ensuring excellent service standards

  • Share feedback to help improve support processes and elevate overall user experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
