The Opportunity
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
As Claims administrator and team leader, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations and team management within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You'll be working on real client projects, performing the following tasks:
- Lead our claims team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all claims activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client agreements.
- Collaborate closely with billing and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
- Prepare and update statistical reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to Claims.
- Ensuring the day-to-day relationship with (internal) clients (telephone and written) relating to the contracts for which he/she is responsible.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for highly driven individuals with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a dynamic multinational organization.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of the basics of insurance contracts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with insurance broking is an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience in leading a team and managing priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
