Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Private Insurance Account position located in Porto or Lisbon. The role involves managing a portfolio of private insurance clients, providing tailored insurance consultations, and handling insurance brokerage tasks. The individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and addressing inquiries or concerns efficiently. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create optimized insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Portuguese (required); knowledge of English or other languages is a plus
  • Relevant educational background in Insurance, Finance, or related fields would be apreciated
