We are looking for an
Devops Coach

Mission:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Coach to lead our organization's adoption of DevOps practices and principles. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as excellent coaching and leadership skills. The DevOps Coach will work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
:

  • Create awareness about the DevOps culture and values.
  • Make Devs and Ops work together, improve communication.
  • Assess the maturity level of the teams by studying their applications and working methods.
  • Define the trajectory to reach the maturity level necessary to achieve the objectives of Continuous Everything.
  • Popularise, share, and advise teams on best practices, processes, methods, and tools through training and workshops.
  • Contribute to constructing bricks around the DevOps pipeline.
  • Evaluate the progress of the entities in terms of implementation of DevOps practices.
  • Work with other coaches.
  • Break down silos and resolve blockings.
  • Create synergies between dev and ops work.
  • Facilitate handovers to the client.

Requirements
:

  • Production processes experience. (ITIL, monitoring, infrastructure)
  • DEVOPS experience. (CI/CD, automatization, Agile, infra as code)
  • General production knowledge (Cloud, VM, RHEL, Oracle,…).
  • Problem Solving and critical thinking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team work and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges.
