  • PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Business Expert – SAP S/4HANA Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Analyzing regional and segment-specific business requirements through local fit-gap analyses, under the leadership of global or hub process owners.
  • Steering the adaptation and optimization of end-to-end business processes, including process modelling, in line with global harmonization and standardization objectives.
  • Coordinating with local business experts on preparatory activities such as data cleansing and process documentation.
  • Designing and maintaining process maps and business process models reflecting adapted logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Defining and executing cut-over strategies, with a strong focus on data migration and role setup, ensuring a smooth system transition.
  • Designing, owning, and executing functional end-to-end test cases in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Actively contributing to international roll-in and rollout projects across regions, segments, and business units.
  • Supporting training initiatives by contributing to training materials and delivering end-user training when required.
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in SAP or business process–related roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Logistics and Supply Chain business processes.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on SD, EWM, and TM modules.
  • Proven experience in business requirements analysis and business process modelling.
  • Experience working in Greenfield and/or Brownfield transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual mindset, with attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in international environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, self-organized, and cross-functional teams.
