PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Business Expert – SAP S/4HANA Plan to Produce & Quality Management

  • Analyzing regional and segment-specific business requirements through fit-gap analyses, under the guidance of global process owners.
  • Steering and adapting end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with global harmonization and standardization goals.
  • Designing and documenting process maps and business process models.
  • Coordinating preparatory activities with local business experts, including data cleansing initiatives.
  • Defining and executing cut-over strategies, with a focus on data migration and role setup.
  • Designing, owning, and executing functional end-to-end test cases within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Supporting international roll-in and rollout projects across regions and business segments.
  • Contributing to training material preparation and, when required, delivering end-user training sessions.
  • Ensuring strong alignment with stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business process or SAP-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Plan to Produce and Quality Management processes.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, with emphasis on SAP S/4HANA (PP and QM modules).
  • Proven experience in business requirements analysis and process modelling.
  • Experience working in Greenfield and/or Brownfield transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders in complex, global environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus.
  • Proactive, results-oriented profile, comfortable working in dynamic and self-organized teams.
