We are recruiting anExecutive Recruiterfor a multinational company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic and multicultural environment.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Recruiting and Sourcing leads to develop the sourcing strategy for their areaWork closely with the Recruitment team to deliver a pipeline of candidates to meet the needs of the business and support the build of future talent pipelines for "always-on" demandAct as an SME for their area in sourcing and work with the Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure appropriate channels and tools are in place to meet the demands of the businessPro-active sourcing and submission of pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivering results in line with agreed SLAs and KPIsCreating and delivering reporting and business/stakeholder updates as required and in line with defined governance matrices, delivering data-led insightsActively contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives, working in close collaboration with the wider Europe Sourcing teamCoach and develop team membersExpert in sourcing methodologies and deep knowledge of optimized searches (Boolean, X-Ray, etc) with demonstrable experience in delivering talent pipelines through social and other channelsQualificationsAn effective and influential communicator who is comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders regarding recruitment best practice (an expert advisor)Provide external marketplace intelligence to recruiters and stakeholdersExperience in sourcing both high-volume campaigns and niche, targeted recruitment efforts utilizing a range of sourcing strategiesCollaborative team player; promoting inclusion, seeking continuous improvement through day-to-day work and leading by exampleSolid experience in recruiting direct candidates from a range of different sourcesExperience with MS Excel and PPT, and adept at leveraging data from ATS, CRM, and other sources to tell data-led stories and influence outcomesGrowth mindset and proactively committed to continuous learningFluent English and one other language from the following: Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, Italian.OfferEmployment contract with Gi Group;Hybrid work model;Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a structured yet dynamic setting, supporting essential HR functions that ensure the smooth running of employee lifecycle processes.Os candidatos interessados, em cumprimento do definido no Regulamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD), são convidados a ler a política de privacidade em > Política de Privacidade CandidatosParte da Gi Group Holding, a Gi Group reconhece e respeita a diversidade das pessoas e acredita que proporcionar igualdade de oportunidades, através de processos justos com base na meritocracia e competência profissional, valorizar a diversidade de semelhanças e diferenças que criam a singularidade de cada pessoa e promover uma cultura de inclusão eliminando fatores que desencorajam ou dificultam o acesso, a permanência e o crescimento no mundo do trabalho é fundamental para o seu sucesso.
