The Offer:
- Speaking with project managers to determine their needs
- Screening CVs
- Conducting online interviews with candidates
- In charge of conducting company assessments
- Doing reference checks
- Coordinating interviews with managers and executive team
- Ensuring staffing goals are met
- Maintaining relationships with agencies, universities, and industry representatives.
- Conducting reports and weekly meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related (is a plus)
- Experience in the field
- People oriented
- Focused on attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Able to represent the brand at all times, enliven the culture and be a true ambassador
- Quick in reactions, good in planning, able to work under pressure.
Any extra language is a plus
