What You'll Do
- Provide technical assistance via WhatsApp and voice calls in English and French.
- Help users troubleshoot and configure cameras, voice settings, and browsers.
- Guide candidates through technical issues during their online testing process.
- Diagnose and resolve errors quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent or bilingual English and French speaker (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to navigate web tools and configurations.
- Agility and precision in diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
