What You'll Do

  • Provide technical assistance via WhatsApp and voice calls in English and French.
  • Help users troubleshoot and configure cameras, voice settings, and browsers.
  • Guide candidates through technical issues during their online testing process.
  • Diagnose and resolve errors quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent or bilingual English and French speaker (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to navigate web tools and configurations.
  • Agility and precision in diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
