The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for a Tech Lead .NET.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team deliveries and manage the associated risks, taking preventive measures to avoid them;
- Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones;
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders;
- Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers;
- Manage the request backlog and prioritize features, in collaboration with the Product Manager, based on user feedback, expected impact/benefit, and the team's delivery capacity;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc.).
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- More than 7 years of experience with C#, .NET and associated technologies (Entity Framework, Web APIs, REST);
- Experience with Azure (AKS, ServiceBus, EventHub, App Services, CI/CD, Application Insights);
- Experience with Git, SonarQube and Agile;
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
- Solid skills of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL;
- Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
- Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
- Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
- Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
