We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead to drive technical excellence across Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with industry best practices.

This role combines hands‑on expertise with strong leadership. The ideal professional will guide development teams, serve as a technical authority, and work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust, future‑proof solutions.

Responsibilities


• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.


• Act as a key decision-maker for complex technical challenges.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.


• Promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure proper use of Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.


• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a hands‑on approach during critical phases.


• Oversee configuration and development of Salesforce components, ensuring compliance with best practices.


• Participate actively in technical planning and solution architecture.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Solid problem‑solving skills and a strategic approach to decision‑making.


• Experience working in cross‑functional environments and managing complex projects.


• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Technical Requirements


• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs.


• Experience with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce CLI.


• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front‑end development.


• Solid experience in both front‑end and back‑end development within the Salesforce ecosystem.


• Advanced knowledge of REST API integrations, Salesforce security models, architecture, debugging, and troubleshooting.


• Strong experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web API), highly valued for integrations and hybrid architectures.


• Knowledge of React and component‑based front‑end development.


• Experience with unit testing and end‑to‑end testing.


• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform best practices.


• Strong DevOps mindset with experience in CI/CD and automated pipelines.


• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.


• Understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and version control workflows.


• Experience working with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
