About the Role:
You'll be part of a high-performing customer support team, delivering top-quality service to users across digital platforms in
Hebrew and English
. This role is ideal for someone with a customer-focused mindset who enjoys problem-solving and meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via voice, chat, and email in Hebrew
- Resolve account, product, and technical-related issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships
- Document all interactions and escalate cases when needed
- Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Native or near-native
Hebrew
proficiency - Strong
English
skills (spoken and written) - Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
- Customer service or tech support experience is a plus — not a must
