About the role

We're looking for a
detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer
to join our growing software team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about quality assurance and eager to grow into a more automation-focused career path. You'll play a key role in ensuring our platforms perform flawlessly, from manual testing and business requirement analysis to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to make sure we deliver the reliable, high-quality solutions that power Eneve's mission.

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct manual and functional testing to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Analyze business requirements and specifications to create detailed test plans and cases.
  • Execute test cases, document results, and report defects using standard QA tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage and efficient issue resolution.
  • Participate in requirement review sessions and share feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Prepare test data and environments to support development and release cycles.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA processes and standards.
  • Begin working with automated test frameworks and tools as part of your development path.

Job requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software development.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and manual testing practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • ISTQB certification.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar test management tools.
  • Familiarity with Playwright, , React, or JavaScript/TypeScript testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
