About The Role
Join an international airline project supporting customers with legal-related inquiries. This role requires clear communication, empathy, and precision when guiding users through policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in German and English with legal/claims-related questions.
  • Review cases, verify documentation, and provide clear resolution steps.
  • Maintain accurate records and use internal tools effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines while offering excellent service.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German + English.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Experience in customer support or administrative/legal environments is a plus.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, Portuguese business hours.
