We are looking for a Business Analyst

As a
Mid-Level Business Analyst – Banking (French-speaking)
, you will be working for our client, a leading bank. You will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, understanding market trends, and supporting the development of effective strategies to drive banking innovation. Join us and contribute to transforming financial services with insight and expertise.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and gather detailed requirements
  • Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
  • Drive the successful delivery of tailored business solutions
  • Create comprehensive documentation in both French and English
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, especially within banking or finance
  • Fluency in French and at least B2 level in English
  • Strong analytical and business analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Problem-solving capability and adaptability

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Prior experience working in banking or finance environments

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent in English and French
