Your Role: Remote Bonus-Oriented Recruiter

You will:

• Proactively contact and engage job seekers across Europe.
• Convert applicants into hires through strong sales skills and goal-oriented service.
• Communicate professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.
• Work closely with candidates to collect profiles and documents.
• Keep our recruitment database organized and up to date.
• Translate and communicate between
  English and Italian.
• Collect and submit candidate feedback after placement — and earn a €10 bonus for each feedback

Are You the Ideal Fit?

We're looking for someone who:

• Speaks good Italian and English.
• Bonus: speaks another European language (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Lithuanian, etc.) — not mandatory but a strong plus.
• Loves competition and wants to be the best on the team.
• Has a background in sales, recruitment, or other result-driven roles.
• Is highly proactive, with great time management and task organization.
• Works full-time or more – though it's freelance, we need availability as if it were a full-time job.
• Has strong emotional resilience and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Embraces bonuses and financial rewards – results = higher earnings.

This Role Is NOT For You If You:

• Don't enjoy making phone calls or speaking with people every day.
• Are disorganized or struggle with managing your time independently.
• Aren't motivated by financial bonuses and just want a basic hourly wage.
• Lack the drive to compete, try harder, and aim higher every month.
• Don't have the availability to treat this as a full-time commitment.
• Get easily discouraged or struggle with stressful or emotionally intense situations.
• Need constant hand-holding, can't adapt to new tools or changes in the process.

What You'll Gain

• Hourly pay: €6.96 gross/hour → That's around €1,200/month for a 40-hour week
• Monthly bonus: Earn up to €800 extra/month, depending on results.
• Quarterly feedback bonus
• Robin Fund: €600/year for home office equipment, training, and team events.
• Fully remote setup: Use of Asana, Slack, G-Suite, Zoho People.
• Ongoing training, coaching, and support.
• A strong remote community and team spirit.

What We Expect in the First 3 Months

• Month 1 (Learning Phase)
• Month 2 (Growth Phase): 6–9 recruits — become faster, smarter, more effective.
• Month 3 (Performance Phase): 12–14 recruits — reach and exceed your minimum targets.
