Equipe créée en 2013 afin de répondre à l'ensemble des problématiques clients en termes de génération de leads, cette équipe est composée de deux pôles qui convergent pour donner une satisfaction client maximale :
Une équipe de 7 Account Manager qui sont en charge d'un portefeuille client.
Une équipe de 2 chargés d'emailing et de coregistration : C'est cette équipe que vous serez amené à rejoindre, elle soutient les Account Manager Lead mais aussi l'ensemble des autres Account Manager France sur leurs besoins en emailing.
Vos missons :
1. Animation et Gestion du réseau Emailing
Relationnel : Vous êtes le contact quotidien de nos partenaires emailers. Votre but : entretenir de bonnes relations pour développer le business de nos clients existants.
Planification : Vous organisez le planning des envois d'emails et anticipez les lancements de programmes pour qu'aucune opportunité ne soit manquée.
Suivi des performances : Vous monitorez les KPI à la loupe (Taux d'ouverture, CTR, e-CPM, rentabilité) pour coacher vos affiliés et optimiser leurs revenus.
Développement de l'expertise : Vous montez en compétence sur les aspects techniques (délivrabilité, anti-spam) pour accompagner au mieux le pôle France sur ces sujets.
2. Développement Commercial
Recrutement : Vous ne vous reposez pas sur vos lauriers Vous prospectez activement pour dénicher de nouvelles bases de données et identifier les pépites du marché.
Appels d'offres : Vous apportez votre connaissance du marché emailing pour aider l'équipe Sales à remporter des appels d'offres stratégiques.
Négociation : Vous mettez en place des plans d'action audacieux, incluant la négociation de "Minimums Garantis" (MG) pour nos gros comptes E-commerce.
3. Gestion d'un portefeuille d'annonceurs
Pilotage : Pour certains comptes, vous participez au lancement des campagnes (Mise en place, tracking, suivi du budget) selon le plan d'action défini avec votre responsable.
Optimisation : Vous gérez des opérations de visibilité (CPC) ou de génération de leads (CPL) et proposez des optimisations à vos clients basées sur vos analyses.
Technique : Vous assurez le suivi technique de votre portefeuille de A à Z.
4. Projets transverses & Vie d'équipe
Diversification : Curieux(se) de nature, vous découvrez et apprenez à maîtriser d'autres leviers comme la Coregistration et l'Émulation.
Networking : Vous pouvez être amené(e) à participer aux événements du secteur (salons, petits-déj, soirées) pour développer votre propre réseau relationnel.
Projets Transverses : Vous participez aux projets internes pour faire évoluer les offres du groupe Kwanko.
