About the clinic

Chaika Clinic Lisboa is a new multidisciplinary private clinic in the very center of Lisbon, next to Marquês de Pombal.

We are opening in the first quarter of 2026 and are creating a space where doctors can build and grow their own medical practices: modern infrastructure, a strong operations team, a high standard of service, and a focus on long-term relationships with patients.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a physician who wants not only to see patients, but to build and develop their own medical practice within the clinic.

This can be a Head of Practice in one of the outpatient specialties, with priority given to:

  • Gynaecology
  • Neurology
  • Dermatology

…but we are also open to other specialties.

What matters most is that you are ready to take responsibility for the development of your specialty, your team and your results, and not limit yourself to individual consultations only.

Role and responsibilities

The Head of Medical Practice at Chaika Clinic Lisboa:

  • Builds and develops their medical practice within the clinic (service structure, patient journey, clinical protocols)
  • Is responsible for the quality of medical care and clinical standards in their specialty
  • Takes part in hiring and developing the team of doctors and assistants within their practice
  • Manages the schedule and workload of the practice together with the clinic's management team (Medical Director, CEO)
  • Is jointly responsible for the key performance indicators of the practice (revenue, margin, efficiency) together with the management team

This is a partnership role: we are looking for a physician with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build their specialty within a broader platform.

Collaboration format and compensation

  • Full-time position at Chaika Clinic Lisboa

Compensation model:

  • Fixed remuneration and/or
  • Percentage of the margin of your practice

The exact terms are discussed individually and depend on your specialty and the model of your practice.

Requirements

  • You are a physician in one of the outpatient specialties (priority for gynaecology, neurology, dermatology, but we are open to other areas as well)

  • You have a licence for independent practice and are registered with the relevant professional order:

  • Ordem dos Médicos (for physicians)

  • or another relevant professional order for your specialty

  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English (communication with patients and the team)

  • You are comfortable in an entrepreneurial role: responsibility for your specialty, numbers, team and quality
  • You are ready for a full-time role and active involvement in the clinic's launch during the opening phase
