The Role

We are looking for a physician to join a practice built on relationships, blending women's health expertise with full-spectrum primary care. Whether you are deeply experienced in hormonal health or eager to develop further, we invest in your growth with structured training in menopause management and gender-specific medicine. You won't just treat symptoms; you will serve as a trusted family physician, building relationships that last for years, not just a provider of transactional care.

The TejoMed Model

Our model is called "Membership Medicine." Over 14,000 physicians in the US have rebuilt their practices around relationships instead of volume. TejoMed is leading this shift in Portugal.

Who Thrives Here

We are looking for a physician who is passionate about women's health and sees the whole patient - not just one system.

You might be in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, OB/GYN (seeking a shift away from surgical volume), endocrinology, or trained in functional or integrative approaches. What matters is your approach: you want to support women across their entire health journey - from reproductive years through menopause and beyond.

You are fluent in Portuguese and English and licensed to practice medicine in Portugal.
