We are looking for talented individuals who are willing to relocate to Greece, with paid relocation support included. In this role, you will serve as the primary support point for our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate our products and services while providing excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to order placements, product details, and general e-commerce questions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system for tracking and analysis
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and streamline service processes
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and updates in the e-commerce platform

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus
