THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition - Tech Senior Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the technology teams that power Indie Campers' growth. You'll be responsible for finding and attracting top technical talent, ensuring our platforms and products continue to evolve with the company's ambitions.
You'll lead end-to-end recruitment across all technology functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify needs, design sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality hires efficiently.
Your mission is to design effective sourcing strategies, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and uphold high hiring standards that strengthen technology as a core strategic driver for Indie Campers.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Define the recruitment strategy for each tech position, using different sourcing channels such as coordination with headhunting partners, in-house search, and referrals.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening calls, technical challenges, interviews, and offers), actively pursuing the best candidates while respecting budget and timelines.
- Screen candidates critically, ensuring only those who meet business and technical requirements move forward.
- Anticipate and identify Indie Campers' tech hiring needs, building a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Translate position requirements and key skills into clear, engaging job descriptions together with hiring managers and the People team.
- Structure the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, speed, and high-quality hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support and guarantee an engaging onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience recruiting technical talent across a variety of tech domains.
- Strong track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies through multiple channels.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, aligning hiring needs with business goals.
- Comfortable using ATS tools and leveraging data to drive hiring decisions.
- Background in both agency and in-house/startup environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English and thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings.
