Job Description
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure integration of eCommerce systems, applications, and technologies. Domain area: eCommerce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient workflows and processes (e2e).
- Develop detailed documentation of end-to-end processes for eCommerce operations.
- Prepare customer specification documents for SAP ERP implementation and integration and align it with respective Process Owner.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain process standards and guidelines.
- Provide training and support on new processes and systems.
- Organize and coordinate test phases from e2e process perspective
- Participate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, process design, and documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and processes (focus on Order-To-Cash) and integration with eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and design.
- Experience in project management and change management methodologies is preferred.
