Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI

Work on keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
-
Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear, actionable insights
-
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
-
Continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness
Mandatory
-
German C1/C2 (spoken & written)
-
Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory)
-
Background in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing
-
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
-
Comfortable working with Excel
Nice to have

Agency background

Experience with SMB or e-commerce campaigns
-
Knowledge of Meta or other paid media platforms
