The Business Analyst will support the Automation team by identifying and documenting business processes within the H&B line of business that are suitable for automation. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that automation solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
The Role
- Analyse and document H&B business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automation feasibility.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support developers during implementation and testing phases.
- Maintain documentation including process maps, design documents, and user guides.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure alignment with Automation Centre of Excellence governance and standards.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, preferably in automation or digital transformation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Familiarity with RPA/DPA tools (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism), experience in Agile environments and tools like Azure DevOps, are a plus.
