Product Strategy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Product Definition & Development

  • Contribute to the definition of real estate development strategies and positioning by providing insights from market demands, buyer preferences, and industry trends, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to enhance project attractiveness and define product features that resonate with the target audience.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, including price list definition, revisions, and competitor analysis, ensuring market competitiveness and maximizing sales revenue.
  • Provide creative solutions to enhance product value, optimize profitability, and support overall project performance.
  • Collaborate with the Investments team to assess potential new projects, providing analyses on positioning, pricing, and projected returns.

Marketing & Sales Alignment

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to highlight project features and ensure effective communication with the target market.
  • Ensure product definition aligns with sales strategy and commercial objectives, supporting sales teams with relevant insights and tools.
  • Monitor the impact of market and sales feedback on product strategy, recommending adjustments where necessary.

Project Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track projects from initial product definition through implementation, analysing progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support internal teams as needed, leveraging expertise in product definition to address specific challenges or capitalize on opportunities.

Role Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Autonomous, proactive, entrepreneurial, and result-driven profile.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Great written and spoken communication skills in English and Portuguese, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
