Customer Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to manage the installation and operation of this strategic project, from start-up to consolidation of the team and processes.
What we expect from you:
Experience in operations management in Contact Centers and Customer Journey;
Ability to lead teams and projects from the initial phase;
Focus on results, quality, and efficiency;
Fluency in Portuguese, English, Spanish (other languages are an asset);
Manage the work center;
Manage and supervise the teams and their respective services to ensure the proper use of workstations, motivate and prepare teams to meet the objectives of the different services, improving and optimizing their achievement;
Ensure compliance with company standards and guarantee a good working environment in the services;
Monitor the main KPIs, identifying areas and aspects for improvement, putting action plans into practice, thus maximizing efficiency and improving processes;
Produce the necessary reports inherent to the role;
Communicate directly with company management;
Control services to ensure compliance with the levels established with customers;
Control and motivate teams;
Ensure the profitability of accounts and services by achieving the objectives of advisors, supervisors, coordinators, and service managers;
Customer relations.
