Nous recrutons un Spécialiste en Sourcing pour identifier des talents de premier ordre pour nos clients. Aucune expérience préalable en sourcing n'est nécessaire, juste de la curiosité, de la créativité et une exposition au recrutement.
L'Offre:
- Effectuer une recherche proactive de candidats potentiels via divers canaux et plateformes;
- Explorer de nouvelles sources innovantes pour identifier et entrer en contact avec des candidats potentiels;
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de recrutement pour comprendre les exigences spécifiques de chaque rôle;
- Développer et entretenir un réseau solide de candidats potentiels pour les besoins actuels et futurs en matière de recrutement;
- Utiliser des méthodes créatives et efficaces pour constituer des viviers de candidats;
- Évaluer et qualifier les candidats pour garantir qu'ils correspondent aux valeurs de l'entreprise et aux exigences du client.
Pré-Requis:
- Intérêt pour l'acquisition de talents et exposition de base au recrutement;
- Esprit indépendant, créatif avec d'excellentes compétences en communication;
- Fiable et digne de confiance;
- Maîtrise du français (langlais serait un plus).
