The project

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central and Onboarding / Offboarding) to work on a project for a digital services Company.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide daily AMS support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding modules;
  • Ensure stable and efficient BAU/AMS operations across the overall SuccessFactors landscape;
  • Support implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities;
  • Leverage AI capabilities within SuccessFactors to enhance system features and end-user experience;
  • Deliver operational support for additional SuccessFactors modules as needed;
  • Produce clear documentation and reporting of activities, issues, and resolutions;
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure service continuity;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and drive improvements.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Onboarding, and Offboarding in an AMS/BAU context;
  • Proven experience providing application managed services support for SuccessFactors solutions;
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities within SuccessFactors and how to apply them to improve processes;
  • Familiarity with integration between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA payroll systems;
  • Exposure to PowerDocs and xECM;
  • Participation in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment;
  • English level: C1 or higher.
