Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.
We are looking for a
Project Manager
for this project
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budget are fully controlled.
- Act as the main client interface, running meetings, workshops and steering discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution and efficient risk mitigation.
- Manage change, priorities and expectations while defending project value and scope.
- Deeply understand the fintech product and use that knowledge to guide client decisions and delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Strong technical background with experience in
Waterfall
and
hybrid methodologies
(Kanban). - Advanced ability to manage budget, scope, planning and track project performance deviations.
- Leadership
and
decision-making
skills, with the ability to guide teams and clients confidently. - Excellent communication abilities with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
- Strong
risk management
,
problem-solving
and
critical-thinking capabilities
in complex environments.
