Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Hours:
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (2 days off weekly)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Team Leader – Operations
to join our airline operations team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
Spanish or French
and possess a
professional level of English
. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting a team of customer service agents to ensure high performance and service quality aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of operations/customer service agents.
  • Monitor daily performance to ensure KPI's and SLA's are consistently met.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and operational insights.
  • Support workforce management by organizing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during shifts.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in
    Spanish or French
    , with
    professional-level English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience as a
    Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
    in a customer service or airline environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong focus on team development and delivering high-quality customer service.
