What You'll Do

  • Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker (Metropolitan accent preferred).
  • B2 level English or higher.
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese Residence Card (mandatory).
  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon and start as soon as possible.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
