French Customer Support Specialist –Lisbon | Portugal

Join a dynamic customer support team representing a leading global brand in home appliances, celebrated for its innovation, quality, and everyday convenience. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for customers, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality inbound support via phone, email, or chat for home appliances such as washing machines, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Assist customers with installation guidance, product usage, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Offer support regarding warranty details, service bookings, and repair coordination.
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional responses to technical inquiries, ensuring a smooth and reassuring customer experience.
  • Escalate complex cases or unresolved issues to specialized teams while maintaining ownership and follow-up.
  • Accurately log customer interactions, adhering to brand standards and data protection regulations.
  • Stay up to date with new product releases, features, and updates to provide consistent, expert-level support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-first attitude, with patience and empathy in every interaction.
  • Confidence in navigating digital tools, CRM systems, and support platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, particularly within consumer electronics or home appliances.
