About the Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Reporting & Forecasting, and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market organisation. This position supports the integrity, consistency, and governance of forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics across the GTM function, ensuring alignment between commercial and financial objectives.

The role will collaborate closely with Sales Performance Partners, Sales Leadership, Finance, and the Data Engineering team to enhance reporting frameworks, improve data quality, and document processes that ensure scalable, repeatable, and transparent reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Forecasting, Bookings & GTM Performance Reporting – Partner with Finance and GTM stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent forecasting, bookings, and performance reporting. Support core operational processes including budgeting, compensation planning, and revenue performance tracking to align business execution with strategic goals.
  2. Data Reconciliation & Reporting Governance – Identify and resolve data integrity issues, contribute to the development of reporting governance, and help produce and maintain documentation outlining key processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
  3. Bookings, Pipeline & True-up Reporting – Manage and reconcile bookings data, open pipeline metrics, and true-up processes to maintain accurate and timely revenue visibility.
  4. Revenue Forecast & Methodology Alignment – Partner with GTM and Data teams to harmonise CRM processes, define key GTM metrics, and support the evolution of consistent forecasting and reporting methodologies across business units.
  5. Management Reporting & Insight Production – Support preparation of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), leadership reporting packs, and narrative summaries that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or another quantitative field.
  2. Salesforce Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including opportunity management, data structures, and reporting.
  3. Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Power BI preferred (or other BI/visualisation platforms).
  4. Data Integrity Mindset: Proven ability to reconcile, validate, and analyse complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  5. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of GTM operations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), SaaS business models, and key performance metrics such as ARR, churn, and pipeline coverage.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Data Engineering, and other RevOps stakeholders.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to produce executive-ready reports, insights, and documentation.

Why This Role Matters

This role is central to strengthening GTM reporting foundations, improving data quality, and enhancing forecast predictability and commercial performance across the organisation. The successful candidate will help shape a more rigorous, insight-driven Revenue Operations function — enabling better forecasting, financial alignment, and strategic decision-making across the business.
