We are currently looking for a German-speaking
Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist
to join our growing support team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity to support a global technology platform in the fast-growing eMobility sector.
Role Overview
As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide technical assistance to users of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Your main goal is to ensure minimal downtime and a seamless customer experience by performing troubleshooting, escalating cases when needed, and documenting all findings accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding EV charger functionality and connectivity.
- Perform initial diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or field service teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Contribute to trend analysis and product improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in German and good command of English.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably in a call center or IT/eMobility environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT, IoT, or electrical systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Residence in the Lisbon area.
Compensation & Benefits
- €950 gross/month base salary
- €400/month language bonus
- Meal allowance up to €224.40/month
- Transport allowance of €40/month
- Health insurance after 30 days
