We are seeking a highly competent, proactive
IT Support Specialist
to provide on‑site daily support, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and the full Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, fluent in English, and capable of delivering fast, reliable assistance in a high‑security environment.

#ABOUTTHEJOB

  • Provide first- and second-line support for all staff (Windows 10/11, MS Office, devices).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, peripherals, networks, and OS errors.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online).
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding (device setup, accounts, licenses).
  • Manage hardware lifecycle, diagnostics, repairs, vendor coordination.
  • Support Intune compliance, security policies, and updates.
  • Monitor cybersecurity alerts and support first‑level incident response.
  • Document procedures, maintain inventory, and support internal SLAs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting integrations between third‑party tools and Microsoft 365 (authentication, permissions).

#ABOUTYOU

  • 3–5+ years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Azure AD/Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
  • Windows 10/11 troubleshooting expertise.
  • Hardware setup, diagnostics, RMA coordination.
  • Intune device compliance and policy understanding.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proactive troubleshooting and strong communication skills.

  • Microsoft Certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, MS-900, MS-102).
  • Cybersecurity Certifications (Security+, SC‑900, SC‑200)
