Warehouse & Logistics Lead

• Coordinate and assign daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping), ensuring clarity, priority, and proper execution.
• Manage inbound and outbound flows, ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal processes and Customer expectations.
• Ensure proper execution and documentation of transactions in ERP & MyAddvolt (receiving, movements, adjustments, shipments).
• Plan, book and execute transportation requirements, ensuring pickups and deliveries happen on time and aligned with Supply Chain and Customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, acting as the main point of contact for scheduling, exceptions and performance issues, while monitoring transport reliability and driving continuous improvement with providers.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards, promoting safe working practices, correct use of PPE, and proper equipment handling.
• Implement and maintain warehouse organization standards, ensuring cleanliness, layout optimization and the 5S principles.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen process discipline.
• Guarantee inventory accuracy, maintaining correct stock levels in the ERP, supervising cycle counts, and leading root-cause analysis in case of discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs (Inventory Accuracy, On Time Delivery, Inbound Cycle Time, Picking Time per Order) and drive actions to improve performance.
• Act as the main point of contact between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, After Sales, Financial and Quality, ensuring alignment on priorities, constraints, and exceptions.
• Support Team Leader developing Warehouse & Logistics Team members, providing on-the-job coaching, reinforcing standards, and ensuring cross-training where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations (3–5 years minimum preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead small logistics teams and coordinate daily activities.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar).
• Strong digital mindset, analytical skills are a plus (Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices: 5S, inventory management, inbound/outbound flows, packaging standards, layout optimization, and EHS principles.
• Experience coordinating transportation partners: scheduling, performance tracking, issue resolution, and service-level improvement.
• High level of autonomy, critical thinking, and ability to challenge the status quo constructively.
• High level of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, openness to change and willingness to shape new processes in the Supply Chain environment.
