Responsabilidades:
- Gestão da Equipa e Performance:
Liderar a equipa, promovendo o desenvolvimento individual e monitorizando indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da área. - Arquitetura e Desenvolvimento de Dados
: Coordenar e participar ativamente no ciclo de vida de soluções de Data Lake, Data Warehouse e Data Marts, garantindo a qualidade técnica e escalabilidade da infraestrutura. Supervisionar e implementar soluções utilizando AWS (SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS PostgreSQL), assegurando a integração eficiente entre sistemas internos e bases de dados. - Coordenar os processos e atividades de levantamento funcional
, com o objetivo de contribuir para a eficiência dos processos de desenvolvimento de soluções, com o objetivo de dar resposta às necessidades das diferentes áreas. - Governança e Resolução de Problemas
: Coordenar os processos de análise da causa-raiz e resolução de incidentes críticos, mantendo elevados níveis de disponibilidade das aplicações e plataformas de dados. - Gestão de Stakeholders e Parceiros
: Atuar como principal ponto de contacto na gestão de fornecedores externos e parceiros tecnológicos, garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs e a eficácia na entrega de projetos. - Planeamento e Controlo de Gestão
: Gerir o plano de atividades e orçamento da área, reportando regularmente o progresso de projetos, análise de esforço e impacto das iniciativas através de dashboards de performance.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Ciências da Computação ou áreas similares;
- +3 anos de experiência profissional na gestão de equipas e projetos;
- +5 anos de experiência profissional na área de dados: data engineering & data analytics;
- Experiência com serviços de AWS;
- Forte capacidade analítica, autonomia e proatividade.
- Espírito de equipa e boa capacidade de comunicação.
- Fluência em Inglês (mínimo B2).
