Localização: Lisboa (Regime híbrido: 3x por semana presencial)

Sobre a Oportunidade:

Neste papel, serás responsável por orientar equipas técnicas no desenvolvimento de pipelines de dados e soluções de orquestração, apoiando a migração e integração de dados em ambientes AWS (com possibilidade de contacto com Azure). Vais atuar como ponto de referência técnica, definindo boas práticas, promovendo inovação e garantindo a qualidade em ambientes de produção.

Responsabilidades:

  • Projetar e manter soluções de dados escaláveis utilizando serviços AWS (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, CloudFormation);

  • Desenhar arquiteturas robustas com foco em performance, segurança e custo;

  • Gerir redes cloud (VPCs, subnets, grupos de segurança, routing);

  • Criar e otimizar modelos de dados e consultas SQL em Redshift, MySQL e PostgreSQL;

  • Implementar e gerir processos ETL com orquestração via Airflow ou AWS Step Functions;

  • Utilizar ferramentas como Athena, CloudTrail e X-Ray para análise e tracing;

  • Documentar soluções técnicas e formar a equipa em boas práticas;

  • Garantir práticas sólidas de monitorização e troubleshooting em produção;

  • Atuar como mentor técnico, liderando equipas e promovendo colaboração;

  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em tarefas técnicas bem definidas;

  • Apoiar projetos com conhecimento de Iceberg Tables e (preferencialmente) Azure Databricks.

Perfil Procurado:

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Ciência de Computadores ou equivalente;

  • Pelo menos 2-3 anos como Tech Lead + 4-5 anos em funções técnicas de Data Engineering;

  • Domínio de Python e bases de dados relacionais/NoSQL;

  • Forte experiência em AWS: Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, CloudFormation, CloudWatch;

  • Conhecimentos em arquitetura de microserviços e ambientes containerizados;

  • Experiência com ferramentas de integração contínua (ex. Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines);

  • Familiaridade com práticas de suporte aplicacional e gestão de tickets;

  • Conhecimentos em Azure e Databricks são valorizados;

  • Fluência em inglês (nível B2 ou superior);

  • Certificações em AWS/Azure são valorizadas.

  • AWS Frameworks, CloudFormation, Terraform, Microservices, Containerização: Expert

  • Networking, Linux/Unix, Application Support: Expert

  • Python, SQL, ETL, Jenkins, Git, GitLab Pipelines, Azure Tech, Monitoring Tools: Confirmado

  • Kafka, Apache Flink, Iceberg Tables, Ticket Management: Avançado/Nice to have
