About our client

Our client is a global company specializing in the development and manufacturing of rigid plastic packaging, with a strong commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.

We are looking for a IT Helpdesk professional to join our team in Cascais (Lisboa), on-site, for a multinational company.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and remote support tools.
  • Active Directory
  • Intune
  • Network knowledge (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  • English level B2/C1
