SharePoint Expert
for one of our key enterprise clients. This role is focused on Customer Support—solving customer issues and acting as the intermediate between reactive Support cases and the assigned customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve customer issues and act as an intermediate between Support and assigned customers.
- Key technical resource delivering proactive services: education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance.
- Preview new technology, train customers, and share industry and development expertise.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
- Join a team of leading industry experts and be part of a thriving developer community.
- Analyse problems, maintain and extend accreditations, and help develop best practices.
- Demonstrate strong communication, technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing, maintaining, migrating, and configuring enterprise SharePoint Server / SharePoint Online.
- Experience configuring SharePoint Hybrid, Enterprise-scale OneDrive, and SharePoint Disaster Recovery.
- Experience with upgrades between SharePoint versions and migrations to SharePoint Online.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 platform interactions with SharePoint Online.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise customers (readiness, delivery, support, solution development, account management).
- Skills in SharePoint server & online, Desired State Config, DevOps automation/pipelines, infrastructure, functional, and development skills.
- Fluent English + Portuguese oral and written communication.
