About the Role

As the
Marketing coordinator

for Latam  you will support the execution of key marketing initiatives while reporting directly to the Head of Marketing LATAM. l  Based in Lisbon, you will execute integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and generate measurable business results.

This role requires a balance of creativity and commercial acumen, as well as strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that all initiatives align with strategic objectives and reflect the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of

impactful marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM audiences, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Adapt

global marketing strategies and materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance across the region.
- Coordinate and maintain partnerships

with key external stakeholders, supporting negotiations, activations, and performance analysis to ensure the alignment with our campaing objectives.
- Develop and curate

compelling, on-brand content across multiple channels, including digital, social, and events.
- Plan ,and execute

a monthly social media content calendar, driving engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally work closely

with sales, creative, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment of marketing campaings across functions.
- Contribute to content creation

of various marketing materials including copywriting for brochures, event collateral, and marketing merchandise.
- Organize and support events

across LATAM markets, from planning to post-event analysis.
- Continuously Monitor market trends

and competitor activities, providing insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports

on campaign performance, including key metrics and analysis, update the Head of Marketing LATAM on project statuses, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate feedback loops to refine strategies and optimize execution.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
  Spanish and English

(both required).
- Proven ability to
brief and coordinate

with design and web development teams.
- Strong
organizational skills

and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A
creative and commercially minded

approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in
CFD / Forex / financial services

industries (preferred .
- Solid understanding of
social media management and content creation and best practices

.
- Experience with
video production, direction, or editing

- Proficiency in
Portuguese

language.
