We're looking for a Product Training Manager a true product expert who knows our platform inside out and can bring it to life in client demos, presentations, and onboarding sessions.

You'll bridge the gap between product, sales, and clients, helping partners understand, adopt, and love our technology.

Requisitos

  • Deliver daily product demos to prospective and existing clients, showcasing key features, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs for new clients and internal teams to ensure confident and effective product use.
  • Act as a product ambassador, representing CrunchEquation with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to tailor demos and presentations to different client needs and market trends.
  • Stay on top of all new releases and updates, ensuring every presentation reflects the latest developments.
  • Create and maintain training materials, demo scripts, and user guides that are clear, practical, and engaging.
  • Gather feedback from sessions to continuously refine our demo and training experience.
  • Support webinars, trade shows, and marketing events as needed, representing the product and company with excellence.

Requisitos

  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in product training, account management, pre-sales, or customer success.
  • Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook platforms, back-office systems, and general iGaming operations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tools and product updates.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
