We're now looking for a passionate and motivated Operations Associate to join our Lisbon team, for someone excited about hospitality, operations, and customer experience, who wants to grow in a fast-paced and international environment.

Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in the daily running of our operations in Lisbon. You'll work closely with different teams such as Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests receive the best possible experience.

You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing guest communications, coordinating tasks, and helping maintain high service standards across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
Manage reservations and daily guest communications
Support day-to-day operations across departments (Maintenance, Housekeeping, etc.)
Coordinate and share information using our PMS and internal tools
Help ensure smooth operational processes and quick issue resolution
Contribute to a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out

What You Need to Succeed
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts (on-site role)
Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Guest-centric mindset with excellent people skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Working Hours
Shift-based schedule, including weekends, depending on operational needs.
