Principais responsabilidades

  • Será responsável por garantir que cada cliente recebe cuidados de qualidade, com uma equipa estável e profissional. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com o Operations Manager para assegurar a organização e eficiência dos serviços
  • Planear e otimizar rotas dos profissionais de cuidados, garantindo eficiência e reduzindo deslocações desnecessárias
  • Gerir a relação e negociação com profissionais de saúde, assegurando colaboração e qualidade nos serviços prestados
  • Gerir recrutamento, avaliação de pessoal e processos administrativos (faturação e salários).
  • Efetuar visitas domiciliárias para monitorização da qualidade
  • Assegurar resposta rápida a imprevistos e disponibilidade para situações de emergência fora do horário normal

Perfil

  • Licenciatura em gestão, recursos-humanos e/ou ciências da saúde
  • Experiência em funções de planeamento, logística ou coordenação (preferencialmente na área da saúde ou serviços)
  • Excelentes competências de organização, gestão de tempo e resolução de problemas
  • Capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão e tomar decisões rápidas
  • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas digitais e sistemas de gestão
  • Forte orientação para o cliente e comunicação eficaz.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em casos de emergência durante fins de semana, garantindo a continuidade dos cuidados e o suporte necessário à equipa
