En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu es le garant du succès de nos clients sur la plateforme Vroomly. Ton rôle est de maximiser la performance et la satisfaction des garages sur Vroomly Business, d'assurer leur montée en compétences et de prévenir proactivement le churn. Tu transformes l'adoption produit en croissance business mesurable pour tes clients.
Tes missions :Adoption & Performance Produit
Maximiser l'usage et la performance sur Vroomly Business
Accompagner la montée en compétences produit via formation et coaching
Analyser les métriques d'usage pour identifier les leviers d'optimisation
Déployer des plans d'action personnalisés pour améliorer les performances
Prévention & Fidélisation
Identifier pro-activement les signaux de baisse d'activité et d'engagement
Intervenir sur les comptes en décroissance ou à risque
Gérer les escalades complexes et résoudre les frictions
Assurer un CSAT élevé post-interactions
Collaboration & Feedback
Assurer la voix du client en interne (feedback Produit)
Collaborer avec Support pour une expérience fluide
Documenter et partager les best practices

Adoption Vroomly Business : pour une utilisation active des fonctionnalités clés
Maintenir une bonne satisfaction client grâce à une approche empathique, proactive et orientée solutions
Respecter les standards qualité définis dans notre grille de qualité (suivi des process, écoute active, personnalisation, suivi proactif, résolution efficace
