Workster is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a French-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist. The company designs, manufactures, and sells advanced automated insulin delivery systems that reduce the burden of diabetes management while creating new possibilities for patients, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with accounting knowledge who want to develop their career in Finance & Accounting (F&A) and gain exposure to international processes within a dynamic global organization.

Your Role

  • Process customer orders and financial documents accurately and within deadlines.
  • Generate and review invoices and credit notes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support cash applications, reconciliations, and month-end / quarter-end closings.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial data in ERP systems and assist during audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1 level).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting or related operations.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good command of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Nice to have: 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or O2C roles.
